Juveniles
In theMid West Oil Mid U13 Group 2 Final played on Monday May 9th we lost out to Gortnahoe Glengoole on a scoreline of 2-5(11) to 1-1(4).
Sunday was a great day out for our U9s & U11s. They started the day by playing Ahane GAA Club of Limerick in challenge matches before heading to TUS Gaelic Grounds for the Tipp match. A brilliant day out for the juveniles. Thanks so much to Ahane for the looking after us so well, we look forward to round 2 in Castleiney soon!

Our Juveniles made plenty of noise for the Tipp senior hurlers on the day.
Inter-county Action
While the result did not go the way we would have liked there was plenty of encouraging signs as Tipperary took on Limerick in TUS Gaelic Grounds on Sunday the 8th. Our own Noel McGrath was very impressive on the day taking over from Jason Forde on free taking duties. Noel was later awarded the Fiserv Man of the Match award for the second time this season for his display.

The Tipp footballers are in action this evening (Sat. May 14th) against Limerick in FBD Simple Stadium for a place in the Munster Senior Football Final. The winner will take on Kerry in the final. If Tipp win they will remain in the Sam Maguire competition while a loss will see them take place in the newly minted Tailteann Cup. Willie Eviston and Sean O’Connell are both named to start while Liam McGrath, Tommy Maher, and Conor Ryan are named as substitutes. The game throws in at 7pm.
There was defeat for the Tipperary Senior Camogie team on Sunday. They took on Clare in the Munster senior Camogie semi final but never really got going. Their attention now turns to next weekend when they take on Clare again in the All-Ireland Championship.
