Also on Sunday at 4pm in Templemore Mid U/21 B football final v Upperchurch.
At our recent club meeting Secretary Tom McGrath stepped down as club secretary following six years in office. Tom had indicated at AGM that he would continue until a successor was appointed. Tom, as in many years as an officer in the club carried out his duties in an excellent and efficient way and the club wishes him well in the future, but feel asssured he will be on hand to assist in many other ways with the club. Thanks Tom.
The club’s new secretary is Maureen Connolly, a present senior selector and no stranger to the roll in general as she was secretary with the busy work of juvenile secretary over the years. We welcome Maureen into the roll and wish her every success.
A meeting of the Bloody Sunday Commemoration committee will take place on this Wednesday night at 8.30pm in the club rooms.
