County Junior Hurling League: On Saturday last we travelled to Tipperary Town to play Arravale Rovers in a Division 4 league game. For various reasons we were very depleted and lost out 0-10 to 1-09.

Senior Hurling: Over the weekend our senior hurlers travelled to Shinrone for a challenge game. Our thanks to the Offaly club for the game and facilities.

Fixtures: On Sunday next at 12 noon in Castleiney our senior hurlers play Roscrea in the County league. All panel to attend.
It’s also possible we will have a junior hurling league game. Please check with mentors.

Congratulations: We congratulate Gerard Connolly on his marriage on Friday last. We wish him and his new bride many years of happiness.

Sympathy: Our sympathy to the Manton family on the passing of Dinny recently. R.I.P.
