On Sunday last the Junior A Hurling Championship got underway in Castleiney where we had a heavy defeat to JK Brackens (1-12 to 3-25). This week we will play the Intermediate Football Championship on Thursday 3^rd July vs Thurles Sarsfields in Castleiney at 7.30pm.

Best of luck to Tipperary GAA and Club players Noel, John & Brian McGrath, and Declan Laffan, member of the management team, on Sunday as they contest the All-Ireland Hurling Semi Final.

Juvenile News

Our U11’s hosted JK Brackens and Clonakenny, and our U7’s travelled to Boherlahan Dualla for football blitzes at the weekend. Everyone enjoyed plenty of game time and many thanks to all who helped to ensure a good day out.

U13B Hurling Championship gets underway on Tuesday 1st July at 6.30pm in Castleiney with Boherlahan Dualla the visiting opponents. Best of luck to everyone for the weeks ahead!
