Hurling League Results

In the first round of the County senior hurling league we lost to Cashel King Cormacs on a scoreline of 0-21 to 3-20. On Sunday in the Mid Junior league opening round we had a win over Moycarkey Borris, 1-20 to 1-16. See website for upcoming fixtures gaa.loughmorecastleiney.com

Croke Cup

Congratulations to Daniel McCahey, and the panel of CBS, Thurles who were victorious in the Croke Cup All Ireland Final on St. Patrick’s Day in Croke Park. 

Juvenile Competitions Commence

In the opening round of the Minor football league the new grouping team had a good win over Mullinahone 3-07 to 2-08. They will rotate fixtures between football and hurling each week.
