Ladies Football

The Ladies Football team are back training for the 2026 season! Training takes place every Tuesday and Friday at 7pm in Cugilla. New members are always welcome, so come along and bring a friend.

We’re also looking for a few people to join the Ladies Football Committee to help develop the club. If you’re interested in getting involved, please contact loughmorecastleiney.tipperary@lgfa.ie or any committee member.

New Walkway

The new walkway is nearing completion and will be a great addition to our club grounds. We ask all club members who will be using the walkway to help out in keeping the walkway clean, ensuring to leave no litter and clean up after your dogs.

Mid Board Awards

Congratulations to Brian McGrath who was recently awarded Mid Senior Hurler of the Year and John McGrath who recognised for his achievements with Tipperary this year winning an All Star and the Hurler of the Year Award.

Gaeltacht Bursary

There is a Gaeltacht Bursary available with the LGFA for students who want to attend the Gaeltacht in 2026. There will be 6 winners, one per county in Munster. Each winner receives a €500 bursary. Applications need to be made by the 10th of April. You can apply for this opportunity at the link below:

U12 Ronan Stapleton Memorial Tournament

The Ronan Stapleton Memorial Tournament will take place on Saturday 21^st February at 11am in Cugilla. The teams partaking in this years tournament will be Loughmore Castleiney, Moyne–Templetuohy, Gortnahoe Glengoole & Tullaroan. All support greatly appreciated on the day.
