We congratulate Club members Shane Hennessy (joint manager) and Paddy Nolan (selector) for their remarkable extra time triumph in the Tipperary Minor Football Darrel Darcy Cup. We wish them continued success as they advance to the Munster semi-final. Semple.

Well done to Eoin O’Connell who made the Tipperary Senior Football panel for Sunday’s fixture, and best wishes for the Tailteann Cup going forward.

Comhgairdeachas to our Club players Noel, John & Brian McGrath, representing Tipperary in the senior hurling versus Clare on Saturday last, with special recognition to John on his richly deserved man of the match award!

Our final County Hurling League fixture was played on a very humid Sunday lunchtime in Carrick-on-Suir vs Carrick Swans, we lost out by the narrowest of margins 3-16 to 1-23.

U15 Feile na nGael Success

Congratulations to our U15s on their achievements at the County Feile on Saturday, having won all their matches in their group they met Portroe on Sunday morning in the Division 6 final. They won out the competition on a scoreline of 2-03 to 1-04. Well done to players and management!

They now turn their attention to the Mid Football Final (B) which will take place on Thursday 15^th May in Templemore at 6:30pm. Their opponents are Holycross/Ballycahill, and we hope to see a good number of supporters in attendance.

U13B Mid Football Champions

Heartiest of congratulations to our U13s who secured a victory on bank holiday Monday last over Gortnahoe/Glengoole. Joint captains Milo McDonnell & Ollie Morris collected the cup, while Killian Cleary was awarded man of the match. Well done to the management too!

U17’s met a strong Fethard/Clerihan side in the football league last week losing out 1-08 to 2-23, they play football on Monday 12^th in Castleiney hosting Newport at 7:00pm.
