CLUB NOTES 10/11/24
10 Nov 2024
After a break from competitive action over the past couple of weeks, our Senior hurlers are back in action next Sunday as we travel to Walsh Park to take on Ballygunner. Facing them on their home patch means that they will most likely have plenty of support in the stands so we would appeal to all our supporters to make the effort to travel to shout on the boys. Plenty of colours are still available if anyone wants flags or hats. The players and management have put in a huge effort over the last ten months so let’s show them how much we appreciate it. Throw in is at 1.15pm.
After the club football action today we know now that our opponents in the Football championship will be Eire Og of Ennis which is on the following Sunday.
Our minor football team travelled to Newcastle today and in a very tight match they defeated the local team on a score of 3-08 to 3-07. This gives them a place in the County semi finals. Well done boys.
