Before the Covid-19 pandemic we held a very successful fundraiser in conjunction with Pallas Marketing in the Templemore Arms Hotel.
There has been a lot of development of the club grounds over the past few years and this development would not be possible without the support of the people and business who generously donated to fundraisers such as this.
Since the night of the Chaser event we have embarked on a large scale redevelopment of our grounds. A large sized Astroturf pitch with lighting has been installed. This has been a great success within the club and has been remarked upon by visiting teams on numerous occasions. This saves the main pitch during winter months and allows our players to train locally under lights and gives them an excellent surface to train on regardless of the weather.
The installation of the Astroturf pitch saw us move the juvenile pitch to a new location behind the main pitch and we also widened the main pitch.
Much needed surfacing work was done in the car park area and a wall was installed between the pitches and the car park.
More work is yet to come and we would once again like to thank all the sponsors and exhibitors for the generous contributions to this fundraiser.
