Senior Hurling and Football

Hard luck to our senior hurlers who were defeated in Round 2 of the County SHC by Borrisileigh on a scoreline of 3-21 to 1-14. This now leaves it with all to play for as we face Clonoulty Rossmore in Round 3. This weekend, our attention turns to football where we take on Grangemockler Ballyneale on Saturday at 6pm in Gortnahoe.

Premier Junior Football and Junior Hurling

Our junior hurlers had a great win against Upperchurch Drombane on Friday night in Cugilla winning the Mid Junior A hurling quarter final on a score line of 4-26 to 1-12. Well done to all involved. It will be a busy week for premier junior football as the postponed R1 game v Sean Treacys will now take place on Tuesday 11th at 7pm in Coolmore Dr Morris Park, and R2 being played on Sunday versus Carrick Swan in Cloneen on Sunday at 3pm.

Junior C Hurling

Well done to the Junior C hurlers who defeated Clonakenny in Cugilla on Wednesday last on a scoreline of 3-19 to 1-09.

Minor Football

Well done to our minor footballers who convincingly defeated JK Brackens in the Mid Minor A football championship, securing a place in the Mid Football final. Well done to all involved.
