Our annual Golf Classic is taking place on Friday 15th May in Thurles Golf Club. For tee time bookings please contact John O’Connell on 086 275 4270. Sponsorship opportunities are also available for anyone who does not play golf. We will be encouraging all members to support what is such an essential fundraiser to the running of the club.

Knockout League and Cahill Cup

The mid board have asked up to share with our members that as we have now reached the knockout phases of the Junior Leagues as well as the Cahill Cup, there will be charges on all gates for the attached games. Entry is via Tap & Go only, no cash will be accepted on gates.

U14 Mid Semi Final

Our under 14s went down narrowly by 1 point last Thursday evening in Littleton. We can be very proud of our players efforts and for a lot of this game were the better team. The future is bright for this group of players with 2 still under 12 and 5 more under 14 again next year starting on the team. Best wishes to Durlas Og in the Mid final.

Juvenile Club

Our U6 group returned to training this weekend with 28 boys and girls taking part in a morning of fun activities. Training will continue every Saturday at 10am. New members are always welcome! Our U8s played football against Durlas Og in Thurles on Saturday morning. We had 3 teams of 8 invoved who all played 3 great games each. Thanks to Durlas Og for hosting.

Intercounty Football

Well done to Eoin O’Connell and the Tipperary Senior Footballers who defeated Sligo in Round 1 of the Tailteann Cup on Sunday on a score line of 0-17 to 1-12.

Lotto Results
Numbers drawn this week were 5, 10, 20, 25. No winner. Lucky dip winners were Eileen McGrath, John O’Dwyer, Josie McCormack, Patrick Cosgrave.. Next week’s jackpot is €14,600. Please support via our website or on ClubZap.
